Nations have reached their limit in subsidizing the United States’ military adventures. During meetings in June 2009 in Yekaterinburg, Russia, world leaders such as China’s President Hu Jintao, his then Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev, and other top officials of the six-nation Shanghai Cooperation Organisation took the first formal step to replace the dollar as the world’s reserve currency.

If the world leaders succeed, the dollar will dramatically plummet in value; the cost of imports, including oil, will skyrocket; and interest rates will climb.
Foreigners see the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank, and the World Trade Organization (WTO) as Washington surrogates in a financial system backed by US military bases and aircraft carriers encircling the globe. But this military domination is a vestige of an American empire no longer able to rule by economic strength. US military power is muscle-bound, based more on atomic weaponry and long-distance air strikes than on ground operations, which have become too politically unpopular to mount on any large scale.
As Chris Hedges wrote in June 2009, “The architects of this new global exchange realize that if they break the dollar they also break America’s military domination. US military spending cannot be sustained without this cycle of heavy borrowing. The official US defense budget for fiscal year 2008 was $623 billion. The next closest national military budget was China’s, at $65 billion, according to the Central Intelligence Agency.”
To fund the permanent war economy, the US has been flooding the world with dollars. The foreign recipients turn the dollars over to their central banks for local currency. The central banks then have a problem. If a central bank does not spend the money in the United States, then the exchange rate against the dollar increases, penalizing exporters. This has allowed the US to print money without restraint, to buy imports and foreign companies, to fund military expansion, and to ensure that foreign nations like China continue to buy American treasury bonds.
In July 2009, President Medvedev illustrated his call for a supranational currency to replace the dollar by pulling from his pocket a sample coin of a “united future world currency.” The coin, which bears the words “Unity in Diversity,” was minted in Belgium and presented to the heads of G8 delegations.
In September 2009, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development proposed creating a new artificial currency that would replace the dollar as reserve currency. The UN wants to redesign the Bretton Woods system of international exchange. Formation of this currency would be the largest monetary overhaul since World War II. China is involved in deals with Brazil and Malaysia to denominate their trade in China’s yuan, while Russia promises to begin trading in the ruble and local currencies.
Additionally, nine Latin American countries have agreed on the creation of a regional currency, the sucre, aimed at scaling back the use of the US dollar. The countries, members of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Americas (ALBA), a leftist bloc conceived by Venezuela’s President Hugo Chávez, met in Bolivia where they vowed to press ahead with a new currency for intraregional trade. The sucre would be rolled out beginning in 2010 in a nonpaper form. ALBA’s member states are Venezuela, Bolivia, Cuba, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Dominica, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Antigua and Barbuda.
The cycle supporting a permanent US war economy appears to be almost over. Once the dollar cannot flood central banks and no one buys US treasury bonds, the American global military empire collapses. The impact on daily living for the US population could be severe.
Our authors predict that in addition to increased costs, states and cities will see their pension funds drained. The government will be forced to sell off infrastructure, including roads and transport, to private corporations. People will be increasingly charged for privatized utilities that were once regulated and subsidized. Commercial and private real estate will be worth less than half its current value. The negative equity that already plagues 25 percent of American homes will expand to include nearly all property owners. It will be difficult to borrow and impossible to sell real estate unless we accept massive losses. There will be block after block of empty stores and boarded-up houses. Foreclosures will be epidemic. There will be long lines at soup kitchens and many, many homeless.

Foreign countries are presently seeking to create an international monetary system in which central bank savings do not fund the United States’ military deficit. At present, foreign “dollar holdings” take the form of US treasury bonds, used to finance the (largely military) US domestic budget deficit, a deficit that is largely due to military spending.
Russia, China, India, and Brazil have taken the lead in seeking an alternative system. But almost no information about such a system was available in the US or even the European press, except for a shorter version of my “De-Dollarization” article that I published as an op-ed in the Financial Times of London.
Discussions about creating an alternative monetary system have not been public. I was invited to China to discuss my views with officials there and to lecture at three universities, and was subsequently asked to write up my proposals for Premier Wen Jiabao, pending another visit just prior to this year’s meetings between China, Russia, India, and Brazil, with Iran attending with visitor status. All of this signals that other countries are seeking an alternative. Now that the euro has collapsed, there’s currently little alternative to the dollar as a reserve currency. This implies that there is no national currency that is a stable store of value for international savings.
Meanwhile, US money managers are leading the flight from the dollar to Brazil, China, and other “emerging market” countries. As matters stand, these countries are selling their resources and companies for free—as the dollars being spent to buy them end up in their central banks, to be recycled into US treasury bonds, or to be used to purchase euro debt that is plunging in international value.
The result of this conundrum is the pressure to end the postwar era of “free capital movements” and to introduce capital controls.
There has been almost no press discussion of my story or indeed of the issue itself. US and European media have successfully ignored the proposal of an alternative to the existing state of affairs.

This story illustrates one aspect of post–Soviet Russia’s search for a place in the US-led global order—a position that would reflect that country’s own distinct geopolitical interests and how it differs from the West in terms of history, culture, and level of economic development. Russia inherited from the former Soviet Union close relations with many countries that the US regards as “rogue states,” including Iran, Cuba, and Venezuela. There continues to be a lot of official, public sympathy for those countries and their opposition to the US global system, even though Moscow no longer has any grand sense of anti-Western ideology or even any practical goal of mobilizing toward an “alliance” that would serve Russia’s ends.
Under the George W. Bush administration, Moscow felt itself under pressure from what it viewed as Western encroachments into the post-Soviet space, what Russians term the “near abroad.” This took the form of “colored revolutions,” or what the Western media referred to as “pro-democracy uprisings” in Georgia, Ukraine, and Kyrgyzstan, which removed corrupt but Moscow-friendly regimes and brought to power much more outspoken and active pro-Western ones. The Kremlin, rightly or wrongly, interpreted these upheavals as US-sponsored and orchestrated attempts to reengineer the political loyalties of neighboring states with which Russia has deep historical ties. Two of those new leaders, Georgia’s Mikheil Saakashvili and Ukraine’s Viktor Yushchenko, sought to put their countries on a fast track to membership in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), a prospect that Russia viewed with alarm bordering on panic.
Another Bush-era initiative that engendered deep hostility in Moscow was a plan to station strategic antimissile interceptors in neighboring Poland, with associated radars in the Czech Republic. Russian military experts argued these deployments were the beginning of a strategic process that might eventually undermine Russia’s own aging, Soviet-era nuclear deterrent, which is the main priority of Russia’s national defense.
In response to these perceived threats, Russia seemed to sometimes go out of its way to cultivate relationships with other countries that were at odds with the US, which is the subject of this story. The Russians also held war games with the Venezuelan navy in the Caribbean, resumed cold war–era nuclear bomber patrols along the North American coast, and talked about revitalizing former Soviet air bases in Cuba.
In the past year, with substantially changed foreign policy priorities brought in by President Barack Obama, Moscow’s attitude has relaxed somewhat. Obama shelved the controversial plan to station antimissile weapons in Poland, and implicitly removed from the agenda any question of inducting Ukraine and Georgia into NATO. The so-called Obama “reset” of relations between Moscow and Washington seems to be improving prospects for cooperation, even on such thorny issues as Iran, though it may be too early to draw any firm conclusions.

The deception of banks and illegal loans.

Have you been cheated?

In order for any contract to be valid, there must be 'full disclosure', 'good faith', 'valuable consideration', and 'clean hands'.  Here is what the banks advertise: "Come to our bank.  We have money to loan you."  Is this really what happens?

Did you really get a loan when you contracted to borrow money from the bank to pay for your home?  Or was it just an exchange (your note for cash), but the bank called it a loan?  Or did two loans occur?

When you entered into a loan contract with a bank, you signed a note or contract promising to pay the bank back, and you agreed to provide collateral that the bank could seize if you did not repay the loan.  This contract supposedly qualified you to receive the bank's money.  But did the bank provide 'full disclosure' of all of the terms of this agreement?  Read the following and decide for yourself if the bank was acting in 'good faith', that you received 'valuable consideration', and that your 'signature' on that agreement is valid.

Bankers want you to believe that depositors deposit money at banks, banks lend the money to borrowers and the borrowers repay the money and the money is returned to the depositors who funded the loan.  If you think this is how American or Canadian banking works, you have been lied to and deceived.

The fact is the economics of today's banking system is similar to stealing, counterfeiting and swindling and that is why the bankers cannot explain the loan details or answer specific questions.  Bankers are terrified that the details might be exposed in public court.

The banker's own publications admit and the bank's bookkeeping entries prove that when the banks lend money, the bankers create new money with the economics similar to counterfeiting.

If a counterfeiter counterfeits money and lends it to you, do you have any moral or legal obligation to repay the loan? NO, The law says counterfeiting is illegal and that you do not have to repay the counterfeiter.

James Madison:  "History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit, and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling the money and its issuance."

Bankers are too smart to counterfeit cash and go to jail.  They are money masters and use another method to create new money with the economics similar to counterfeiting without going to jail.  The secret involves two kinds of money. Legal tender -cash- money and non legal tender - money like checks and credit cards.  The bank's own publication claims that money does not have to be issued by the government or be in any special form.  According to the bank's manual, money is anything that can be sold for cash and that the banks accept as money.

The loan agreement you sign is sold to investors wanting interest.  If you do not pay the interest, they foreclose and collect the money.  The loan agreement can be sold for cash and the bankers use the loan like non-legal tender money. If you exchange $100 of cash for a $100 check the bankers acted like a moneychanger and lent you none of the bank's money.  If the bank uses your $100,000 loan agreement like money to fund a check like cash funds a check, the banker acted like a moneychanger without the bank using or risking one cent of their money to purchase your loan agreement.

The banker got your loan agreement for free, which has the economics similar to stealing.  The banker created $100,000 of new money, which has the economics similar to counterfeiting.  Would you agree to have the banker steal your $100,000 loan agreement and use it to create $100,000 of new money and return the value of the stolen property to you as a loan?  Did you agree to be swindled?

The banker knows you would never knowingly be this stupid and that is why he cannot disclose the whole truth in court.  The bookkeeping entries prove that the borrower's loan agreement funded the loan to the borrower. The bookkeeping entries prove that the banker merely acted like a moneychanger exchanging one kind of currency for another kind of currency and charging you as if there were a loan.  If you funded the loan to yourself, why are you paying the banker back the principle and interest?

Bankers understand the difference between money and wealth.  Money buys things.  If you could counterfeit money, you could buy the whole world and control Congress.  Wealth is anything that you can sell.  You can sell real estate, cars, gold, silver and people sell their 40 hours a week for a payroll check.  Yes, labor produces wealth. Labor produces gas for your car, food to eat and homes, cars and roads.  The banker knows that if everyone stopped working, stayed home and counterfeited money, everyone would starve to death, and no one would have gas for their cars or food to eat.  When bankers create new money and lend it to you, you must work for the banker for free to repay the loan or he forecloses and gets your home for free.

The money creator gets more of your wealth for free using a suit and tie than a gunman does pointing a gun to your head.

The banker says, "repay the loan because the bank lent you money."  We simply ask one question: "Should the one who funded the loan be repaid the money?"  Whether they answer "YES" or "NO," the bank must forgive the loan and zero out the debt.  That is the one question that they do not want to answer because the borrower funded the loan as proven by the bank's own bookkeeping entries.

We are not calling the bankers criminals.  We are showing you how intelligent, creative and genius the bankers are in developing this secret.

One of the biggest bankers in America told us that the banker's money controls who is elected into Congress, the President and judges.  He even boasted how the Banker's loan money and advertising money controls all major media to keep it a secret.  He explained how lawyers, judges, CPAs, politicians profit from the bankers by keeping this system going and keeping it secret.  You lose and they benefit by understanding this secret.

Henry Ford: (Founder of Ford Motor Company) "It is well enough that the people of this nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning."

This secret banking allows bankers to create economic booms and busts, makes the stock market go up and down as they increase and decrease the money supply.  You lose in investments as those who understand the secret transfer your investment money into their pocket.  You lose, they win.

FORM vs. SUBSTANCE

Before an attorney can sue for foreclosure, he must show that the defending party (you) breached the agreement. The attorney needs a witness to give testimony that there is an agreement and that the agreement has been breached.

If Rich (as an example) testifies in court that there was a loan when he knew that there was only an exchange of equal value,  Rich would be giving false testimony and would be called a false witness.

In a normal court foreclosure, the lender does not come to court to give testimony.  The bank attorney uses the alleged promissory note with the alleged borrower's signature as the witness in court to claim that there is an agreement, that there was a loan, that the lender fulfilled his agreement, and that the alleged borrower did not fulfill the agreement to repay the money.  Instead of the attorney using Rich to give oral testimony, the attorney used the promissory note as the witness as the evidence to sue the alleged borrower.

There is a legal concept of form vs. substance.  The form is the promissory note, which says that the lender lent money to the alleged borrower.  The substance is the money trail - the bookkeeping entries.  The substance shows that there were two loans exchanged - equal value for equal value.  The borrower was required to repay his loan to the bank plus interest, but the bank never repaid the debt it owes to you.  IOU was exchanged for IOU.  The two newly created IOUs cancel each other.

The Substance - the true transaction - shows that the borrower was the lender to the bank.  Then the bank repaid the loan from the borrower to the bank.  The form - the alleged bank loan agreement - shows the opposite.

Example: You sign a paper that says you were lent $10,000, but no one lent you one cent to obtain the promissory note.  A thief stole $10,000 worth of diamonds and returned the cash to you as a loan.  The form says that there was a loan; your signature also says that there was a loan.  The true transaction, though, proves that there was no loan.  The substance-money trail and the bookkeeping entries-proves that someone took something of value worth $10,000 from you, exchanged it for a different asset of equal value and returned your $10,000 to you as a loan that you now have to pay off with interest.  The attorney sues you, claiming that your signature proves that you received the loan.  You hire an expert witness to prove that there was no loan, that the substance of the transaction was an exchange, and that you were charged as if it were a loan.

Economically speaking, what is the difference if a stranger received your $10,000 worth of diamonds for free, or if he got a $10,000 lien on your property for free, or if he received $10,000 of your future payroll checks for free? The substance of the transaction is the transferal of $10,000 of property from you to the stranger for free. The transfer of wealth is precisely how bankers obtain liens on the nation's homes, cars, farms, and businesses for free. If a robber were to use a gun to transfer your wealth, you would place him in prison.  If a banker does the same thing by using "form," an attorney, a judge, and a sheriff, you think it is legal.

Does the attorney use the promissory note just like a witness to give false testimony in court, claiming that the lender lent money, cash or cash equivalent to the alleged borrower?  The attorney could be disbarred for bringing fraud into the court.  The substance was an exchange of value for value.  If the form and the substance disagree, one must rely on the substance over the form because substance always wins over form.

Example: You give Rich $100 for five boxes of toys.  Rich says, "Here are the five boxes.  Sign this paper that says you received the boxes."  You sign.  Rich refuses to hand over the five boxes and claims that the form - the paper you just signed - says that you received the boxes.  You would tell the judge that you acted in good faith by signing because you were told that you would receive the five boxes standing in front of you.  After you had signed, Rich refused to let you have the boxes.  The form - the paper-says that you received the boxes, but the substance - the true transaction-clearly shows you never received what you had bargained for.  If the attorney uses the form (paper) in court to claim that you received the boxes when, in fact, he knew that you had never received then, the attorney brought fraud on the court to sue you.  The form - the paper - would be a false witness against you.

Is the promissory note used as a false witness?  The promissory note has the borrower's signature agreeing that the lender lent the borrower money.

The attorney wants only the form - the promissory note with your signature - as a witness in court.  You want the true substance - the true transaction - and the whole truth and nothing but the truth.  Some attorney’s object to allowing the bookkeeping entries entered into court as evidence.  The attorney must rely on the form and stop the substance.

Extortion occurs when the court does not allow information into court for one's defense.

Few people disagree that the one who provided the original funds to fund the bank loan check should be repaid the money.  Few argue that we should have equal protection and full disclosure.  The lender concealed the true substance in the agreement.

If a banker received $10,000 of capital from Joe and deposits the funds into a checking account, should the bank return the $10,000 to Joe?  If all bankers agree that the answer is "yes," then all bank loans in America should be canceled tomorrow.

If the bank received $10,000 from Joe and lent the same $10,000 to Joe, should the bank return the $10,000 to Joe? The foreclosure attorney must argue that the bank should not return the $10,000 to Joe. Joe believed that the alleged borrower should repay the lender, and the lender should repay the one who funded the bank loan check. The foreclosure attorney must argue that the parties agreed to the terms and the one who funded the loan should never be repaid the money.  How could the judge rule in favor of the bank, claiming that the one who funded the loan should never be repaid the money?

Want proof that this is real?  Ask yourself the following questions:

  1. Were you told that the Federal Reserve Policies and Procedures and the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) requirements imposed upon all Federally-insured (FDIC) banks in Title 12 of the United States Code,  section 1831n (a), prohibit them from lending their own money from their own assets, or from other depositors?  Did the bank tell you where the money for the loan was coming from?

  2. Were you told that the contract you signed (your promissory note) was going to be converted into a 'negotiable instrument' by the bank and become an asset on the bank's accounting books?  Did the bank tell you that your signature on that note made it 'money,' according to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), sections 1-201(24) and 3-104?

  3. Were you told that your promissory note (money) would be taken, recorded as an asset of the bank, and be sold by the bank for cash - without 'valuable consideration' given to obtain your note?  Did the bank give you a deposit slip as a receipt for the money you gave them, just as the bank would normally provide when you make a deposit to the bank?

  4. Were you told that the bank would create an account at the bank that would contain this money that you gave them?

  5. Were you told that a check from this account would be issued with your signature, and that this account would be the source of the funds behind the check that was given to you as a "loan?"

If you answered "No" to any of these questions, YOU HAVE BEEN CHEATED! How does that make you feel?  It is now up to you to demand your deposit back and to challenge the validity of your "signature" on any alleged bank "loan" agreement or check.  Since the banks and other lending institutions cannot allow "full disclosure" of your "loan" agreement and cannot answer your challenges about it, their silence is your key, along with important steps that we can show you step-by-step, to get your deposit back and "payoff" their alleged "loan"  to you.

The Bull That Changed a Matador's Life

This incredible photo marks the end of Matador Torero Alvaro Munera's career.  He collapsed in remorse mid-fight when the realized he was having to prompt his this otherwise gentle beast to fight.  He went on to become an avid opponent of bullfights.  (The look on this bull's face says it all for me. Even grievously wounded by picadors, he did not attack this man.)

Torrero Munera is quoted as saying of this moment: "And suddenly, I looked at the bull.  He had this innocence that all animals have in their eyes, and he looked at me with this pleading.  It was like a cry for justice, deep down inside of me.  I describe it as being like a prayer - because if one confesses, it is hoped one is forgiven. I felt like the worst shit on earth."

The following is a message i picked up whilst traversing the interweb.
 I wanted to introduce you to it without you having any preconceptions based on the author.

Revelation is evolutionary but always progressive. Down through the ages of a world’s history, the revelations of religion are ever-expanding and successively more enlightening. It is the mission of revelation to sort and censor the successive religions of evolution. But if revelation is to exalt and upstep the religions of evolution, then must such divine visitations portray teachings which are not too far removed from the thought and reactions of the age in which they are presented. Thus must and does revelation always keep in touch with evolution. Always must the religion of revelation be limited by man’s capacity of receptivity.
Because your world is generally ignorant of origins, even of physical origins, it has appeared to be wise from time to time to provide instruction in cosmology. And always has this made trouble for the future. The laws of revelation hamper us greatly by their proscription of the impartation of unearned or premature knowledge. Any cosmology presented as a part of revealed religion is destined to be outgrown in a very short time. Accordingly, future students of such a revelation are tempted to discard any element of genuine religious truth it may contain because they discover errors on the face of the associated cosmologies therein presented.
Mankind should understand that we who participate in the revelation of truth are very rigorously limited by the instructions of our superiors. We are not at liberty to anticipate the scientific discoveries of a thousand years. Revelators must act in accordance with the instructions which form a part of the revelation mandate. We see no way of overcoming this difficulty, either now or at any future time. We full well know that, while the historic facts and religious truths of this series of revelatory presentations will stand on the records of the ages to come, within a few short years many of our statements regarding the physical sciences will stand in need of revision in consequence of additional scientific developments and new discoveries. These new developments we even now foresee, but we are forbidden to include such humanly undiscovered facts in the revelatory records. Let it be made clear that revelations are not necessarily inspired. The cosmology of these revelations is not inspired. It is limited by our permission for the co-ordination and sorting of present-day knowledge. While divine or spiritual insight is a gift, human wisdom must evolve.
Truth is always a revelation: autorevelation when it emerges as a result of the work of the indwelling Adjuster; epochal revelation when it is presented by the function of some other celestial agency, group, or personality.
These levels of reality are convenient compromise symbolizations of the present universe age and for the mortal perspective. There are a number of other ways of looking at reality from other-than-mortal perspective and from the standpoint of other universe ages. Thus it should be recognized that the concepts herewith presented are entirely relative, relative in the sense of being conditioned and limited by:

1. The limitations of mortal language.
2. The limitations of the mortal mind.
3. The limited development of the seven superuniverses.
4. Your ignorance of the six prime purposes of superuniverse development which do not pertain to the mortal ascent to Paradise.
5. Your inability to grasp even a partial eternity viewpoint.
6. The impossibility of depicting cosmic evolution and destiny in relation to all universe ages, not just in regard to the present age of the evolutionary unfolding of the seven superuniverses.
7. The inability of any creature to grasp what is really meant by pre-existentials or by postexperientials–that which lies before beginnings and after destinies.

Reality growth is conditioned by the circumstances of the successive universe ages. The central universe underwent no evolutionary change in the Havona age, but in the present epochs of the superuniverse age it is undergoing certain progressive changes induced by co-ordination with the evolutionary superuniverses. The seven superuniverses, now evolving, will sometime attain the settled status of light and life, will attain the growth limit for the present universe age. But beyond doubt, the next age, the age of the first outer space level, will release the superuniverses from the destiny limitations of the present age. Repletion is continually being superimposed upon completion.
These are some of the limitations which we encounter in attempting to present a unified concept of the cosmic growth of things, meanings, and values and of their synthesis on ever-ascending levels of reality.

Introduction

 

Theoretical physicist David Bohm proposed a new hidden variables theory of Quantum mechanics. He assumes the wave function does not represent just a set of probabilities: it represents an actual field. This field exists and acts upon particles the same way a classical potential does, thus it is a quantum potential which is associated to this field and is a function of the wave function. It is postulated here that the quantum potential is active as a field in living cells and organisms and acts
upon them.

 

The equation Bohm used to represent this quantum potential is given:

Research reveals that Bohmian quantum potential is still used, but that it may only represent a means to extend quantum theory into a realistic theory of particles and fields.

It resolves the dilemma of the appearance, in one and the same phenomenon, of both particle and wave properties in a rather straightforward manner: Bohmian mechanics is a theory of motion describing a particle (or particles) guided by a wave. This guiding wave is usually attributed to atomic particles, but might be more insightfully seen as a traveling soliton or vortex.

Bohmian mechanics is manifestly nonlocal, and the velocity may depend upon the positions of other, even distant particles whenever the wave function of the system is entangled. The behavior of the particle is determined by the particle’s position and momentum, the wave field and the sub-quantum fluctuations.

“Bohm's quantum potential binds the entire universe together into what
he liked to call a seamless "unbroken wholeness." Every particle in the universe is connected by the quantum potential to every other particle. He likened the cosmos to a hologram in which each point on the film carries information about the entire picture. Bohm's GWT, far more sophisticated than de Broglie's crude version, is a "holistic" vision in which all parts of the universe are joined to every other part.

 

"Interconnectedness" was one of Bohm's favorite words. He saw the

Bohm referred the holomovement as the basic reality. The pattern formed on a photographic plate by light waves that interfere and create a hologram. This pattern is the interaction or interference pattern of two parts of a laser light (coherent light). One beam reflects off an object, the other off a mirror. In addition, any portion of the holographic plate contains information on the whole object.

 

 

Biohologram

 

Every cell in the human body contains nuclear DNA, information on the whole body, much like a hologram, only the cells can go through a process of division and reproduction (mitosis).

 

In quantum holography, things are spookier still. While holograms are typically constructed with interfering beams of light, in quantum holography the researchers measure the simultaneous arrivals of an illuminating photon that is sent into a chamber and a companion photon in the other entangled beam. Wave Genetics Inc. and the Moscow Institute of Control Sciences are exploring a new concept of the genetic code that asserts:

1) That the evolution of biosystems has created genetic "texts", similar to natural context dependent texts in human languages, shaping the text of these speech-like patterns.
2) That the chromosome apparatus acts simultaneously both as a source and receiver of these genetic texts, respectively decoding and encoding them, and
3) That the chromosome continuum of multicellular organisms is analogous to a static-dynamical multiplex time-space holographic grating, which comprises the space-time of an organism in a convoluted form.

That is to say, the DNA action theory predicts and which experiment confirms, i) is that of a "gene-sign" laser and its solitonic electro-acoustic fields, such that the gene-biocomputer "reads and understands" these texts in a manner similar to human thinking, but at its own genomic level of "reasoning". It asserts that natural human texts (irrespectively of the language used), and genetic "texts" have similar mathematical-linguistic and entropic-statistic characteristics, where these concern the fractality of the distribution of the character frequency density in the natural and genetic texts, and where in case of genetic "texts", the characters are identified with the nucleotides, 

 
and ii) that DNA molecules, conceived as a gene-sign continuum of any biosystem, are able to form holographic pre-images of biostructures and of the organism as a whole as a registry of dynamical "wave copies" or "matrixes”, succeeding each other. This continuum is the measuring, calibrating field for constructing its biosystem.

 

“Complex information can be encoded in EM fields, as we all know from coding and decoding of television and radio signals. Even more complex information can be encoded in holographic images. DNA acts as a holographic projector of acoustic and EM information which contains the informational quintessence of the biohologram. Only 3% of human DNA encodes the physical body. The remaining 97% of the 3 billion base pair genome contains over a million genetic structures called transposons, that have the capacity to jump from one chromosomal location to another (Kelleher, 1999).

 

We are 99.9% alike in our genetic legacy. Our individuality is expressed in three million small variations in our cells, called single nucleotide polymorphisms.

 

Gene-expression is the mechanism by which new patterns are called into being (Rossi, 2000). There is also a strong correlation between modulation of the brain’s EM field and consciousness (Persinger, 1987; McFadden, 2002). The Gariaev group has discovered a wave-based genome and DNA phantom effect which strongly supports the holographic concept of reality (Miller, Webb, Dickson, 1975). This main information channel of DNA is the same for both photons and radio waves. Superposed coherent waves of different types in the cells interact to form diffraction patterns, firstly in the acoustic domain, secondly in the electromagnetic domain -- a quantum hologram -- a translation process between acoustical and optical holograms.”(4)

 

The distribution of the character frequency in genetic texts is fractal, so the nucleotides of DNA molecules are able to form holographic pre images of biostructures. This process of "reading and writing" the very matter of our being manifests from the genome's associative holographic memory in conjunction with its quantum nonlocality. Rapid transmission of genetic information and gene-expression unite the organism as holistic entity embedded in the larger Whole. The system works as a biocomputer -- a wave biocomputer.

The quantum nonlocality of the genetic information is fundamental. Experimental work of the Gariaev group shows how quantum nonlocality is directly related to laser radiation from chromosomes (coherent light), which jitterbugs its polarization plane to radiate or occlude photons. DNA and the genome have now been identified as active "laser-like" environments. Roughly speaking, DNA can be considered as a liquid crystal gel-like state that acts on the incoming light in the manner of a solitonic lattice.” (5)

 

 

Biophotonics:

Around 1923 Alexander Gurwitsch discovers an "ultraweak" photon emission from living systems (onions, yeast,...), since he suggested connections between photon emission and cell division rate. He calls this photon emission "mitogenetic radiation". His experiments indicate that the wavelength is in the range around 260 nm (Bibliography under Gurwisch and also Ruth (1977, 1979)). Around 1950: Russian scientists rediscover "ultraweak photon emission" from living organisms. Most results are published in "Biophysics" (engl.) and originally in "Biofizika").( Bibliography under Ruth, 1979).

Italian nuclear physicists discover by chance "bioluminescence" of seedlings. They do not think that this finding is significant, but they publish the results. (Colli et al. 1954, 1955, Ruth 1979).

 

The Russian biophysicist and the American chemist enunciate the first theory of ultraweak photonemission (UWPE) from biological systems, the so called "imperfection" theory. UWPE shall be an expression of the deviation from equilibrium, some kind of distortion of metabolic processes (Zhuravlev 1972, Seliger 1975, Ruth 1979).

 

Independently from each other and by different motivations scientific groups in Australia (Quickenden), GermanyJapan (Inaba), and Poland (Slawinski) show evidence of ultraweak photon emission from biological systems by use of modern single-photon counting systems. Bibliography (Quickenden, Inaba, Popp &Ruth, Slawinski). While Quickenden, Slawinski and Inaba prefer the imperfection theory, Popp and his group enunciate just the opposite theory:

1. The radiation originates from an almost perfect coherent photon field.
2. Essential sources are the DNA and corresponding resonators in the cells.
3. The mechanism describes photon storage in cavities and information channels, tuned by Casimir forces.
4. There is a close connection to delayed luminescence which corresponds to excited states of the coherent photon field.
5. The radiation is not the product but essentially the initiator of chemical reactions in the cells. The radiation submits the information within and between cells.
6. The radiation is not limited to the optical range but follows a f = const-rule (the occupation probability of the phase space is equal for all wavelengths) and extends to longer wavelengths including the so-called heat radiation of the body.
7. This radiation is the proper regulator and information carrier of life.

 

The Marburg group of Fritz-Albert Popp calls this phenomenon "biophotons" in order to stress the difference to "bioluminescence": Biophotons are single quanta which are permanently and continuously emitted by all living systems. They are subjects of quantum physics and they display an universal phenomenon attributed to all living systems. Worldwide all scientists who agree with these statements call the radiation biophotons and the scientific field "biophotonics".

 

From 1972 to 1980 the Marburg group of the leader, the physicist and Dr. Fritz-Albert Popp, evaluated experimentally all the essential physical properties of biophotons.
1. The intensity ranges from a few up to some hundreds photons/(s cm2).
2. The spectral distribution follows in the time average a f = const-rule.
3. The modes are strongly coupled.
4. The delayed luminescence that approaches continuously the biophoton emission follows a hyperbolic rather than an exponential relaxation function.

 

5. The biophotons originate from an almost fully coherent field.
6. Cells are able to establish cavity resonators which contribute to biophoton regulation.
7. The essential source of non-equilibrium biophoton emission is the DNA.

 

This group introduces the first time photocount statistics (PCS) into biophotonics. They show evidence that biophotons are emitted according to a Poissonian PCS. Furthermore they show evidence

 

(1) that the delayed luminescence follows a hyperbolic relaxation function rather than an exponential one,

 

(2) that the modes are strongly coupled, and

 

(3) that there are hyperbolic oscillations around the continuous hyperbolic relaxation function. The group finds the first time intercellular communication by means of biophotons. Later this was confirmed by Albrecht-Bühler (Bacteria), Popp and Chang (dinoflagellates), Galle (daphnia), Shen (blood), Vogel (bacteria)….

 

 

Bioinfotons:

This term “bioinfoton” is one I am adopting to specify any particle (such as the Ganesh Particle*), wave, or biomolecule that transfers information from an emitter to a receptor. It is possible that if a biophoton is emitted from a coherent source that it will carry holographic information as a form of modulation (possibly frequency modulated) and produce action or results in biological systems.

 

It is possible that biophotons may even be carriers of psi information and that a coherent coupling can be established between two conscious life forms resulting in a transference of information from a higher potential field to a field at lower potential. Even though this is conjecture at this point, it suggests other means by which disparate life forms can communicate. We know there is a process by which trees communicate and even signal each other in the face of danger. We may be exchanging information with pets and other animals through biophotonic communication. This may be how some people who have a green thumb affect plants they care for.

 

Even communication with other intelligent life forms in the Cosmos may be effected by the amplification and vectoring of biophotons or via the quantum potential, produce information at a distance.

 

A virtual photon flux in the quantum potential may be integrating the coordinated wholeness of the organism while the action of bioinfotons may keep every part of the organism in communication with every other part.

 

 

Conclusions

Life and living organisms are more than the sum of their parts and are composed of material and non-material parts. The spiral form of DNA evidently produces an electromagnetic wave field that informs the organism’s growth and structure.

 

Scientist Richard Alan Miller is a pioneer in this field and has written,
“In a hologram, wave fields interfere with one another to lay the foundations for the reconstruction of the image of an object. But how are the wave fields produced? The term "holography" comes from the Greek roots meaning "entire" and "to write". In holography, the image is projected by a coherent light source split into both the object wave and the reference wave background. This dichotomous nature is reflected in the particle/wave nature of the DNA molecule, which can be "read out" with biophotons from chromosomes to set up a holographically produced wave field.

 

This superposition of wave fields (object wave and reference wave) creates a wave guide for the formation of biological structure. The image is constructed according to the reference information contained in the genes. The reconstructed object wave is identical with the object wave field. The reconstructed wave fields reproduce exactly the recorded ones (the DNA with genetic code). “(7)

Hypothesis: The organization of any biological system is established by
complex electro dynamical field that is, in part, determined by its atomic physiochemical components. These, in part, determine the behavior and orientation of these components. Confirmed: The Eye Emits Actual Light (Biophotons)

Look deeply into the human eye, and you are bound to get lost in its abysmal beauty. Much like mirrors facing one another in the dizzying cascade of visual infinitude, the seer gets lost in the spectacle, of which s(he) forms a part, i.e, you are an eye seeing at the same moment that you are seeing an eye; percipient and perceptible; seeing and visible.

That exquisite aperture – the mammalian eye – through which the light of the Universe passes into the darkest recesses of the human brain, is actually an extension of the nervous system – that like a plant – grows towards the light which nourishes it. Nourishes it how? With both energy and information, which is the very dual nature of Light.

The eyes do not age like the rest of our organs, due to the exaggerated expression of the chromosome-healing enzyme telomerase. As cells divide, important code at the end of the chromosomes can be damaged when the telomeres are sliced apart during mitosis (cell division). Like the ends of shoe strings, these telomeres are tended to and healed by the enzyme telomerase. The better shape the telomeres and the enzyme telomerase are in, the healthier will be the daughter cells following cell division, and the more long-lived and youthful these organs will be.  Since the eyes have a unique level of chromosome-healing activity at their disposal, this explains so well how an aged individual’s eyes can relume brilliantly the youthful qualities of their soul.

Look closely at your own eyes in a reflective surface, and tell me whether or not you see that they are not simply receptacles of light and perception, but that they project their own light (i.e. their soul)?

Indeed, new research published in the Journal of Brain Research in Jan. 19 2011 show that the mammalian eye exhibits a “spontaneous and visible light-induced ultraweak photon emission.” More details:

Here, we present the first experimental in vitro evidence of the existence of spontaneous and visible light-induced ultraweak photon emission from freshly isolated whole eye, lens, vitreous humor, and retina samples from rats. These results suggest that the photochemical source of retinal discrete noise, as well as retinal phosphenes, may originate from natural bioluminescent photons within the eyes.

During normal vision, the eyes are continuously exposed to ambient powerful photons that pass through various parts of the eyes, which can produce ultraweak delayed bioluminescent photons that arise from diverse parts of the eyes. Although the importance and possible role of ambient light-induced permanent delayed photons (within different parts of the eyes) during vision requires further investigation, our study may provide evidence of an origin of discrete dark noise and retinal phosphenes. In another study published in May 2011 in the Journal of Photochemistry and Photobiology, on the bioluminescence of the mammalian eye, an explanation of “negative afterimages” is provided. A common example of a negative aftermage is the bright glow that seems to float before one’s eyes after looking into a light source for a few seconds. More details here:

The delayed luminescence of biological tissues is an ultraweak reemission of absorbed photons after exposure to external monochromatic or white light illumination. Recently, Wang, Bókkon, Dai and Antal (2011) [10] presented the first experimental proof of the existence of spontaneous ultraweak biophoton emission and visible light induced delayed ultraweak photon emission from in vitro freshly isolated rat’s whole eye, lens, vitreous humor and retina.

Here, we suggest that the photobiophysical source of negative afterimage can also occur within the eye by delayed bioluminescent photons. In other words, when we stare at a colored (or white) image for few seconds, external photons can induce excited electronic states within different parts of the eye that is followed by adelayed reemission of absorbed photons for several seconds. Finally, these reemitted photons can be absorbed by non-bleached photoreceptors that produce a negative afterimage. Although this suggests the photobiophysical source of negative afterimages is related retinal mechanisms, cortical neurons have also essential contribution in the interpretation and modulation of negative afterimages. The light that emanates through the “window of the soul,” the human eye, is not “imagined,” but real and these biophotons contain energy and information (wave-particle complementarity of Light), capable of transforming our understanding of one another, and ourselves.

What Are Biophotons?
 

Biophotons, or ultraweak photon emissions of biological systems, are WEAK electromagnetic waves in the optical range of the spectrum - in other words: light. ALL living cells of plants, animals and human beings emit Biophotons, which can NOT be seen by the naked eye, but can be measured by special equipment developed by German researchers.

This light emission is an expression of the functional state of the living organism and it's measurement, therefore can be used to assess this state. Cancer cells and healthy cells of the same type, for instance, can be discriminated by typical differences in Biophoton emission. Background Of Biophotons

 It is now known that our DNA is a body of Light (bio-photons).  This turns the purely biochemical understanding of DNA on its head and revolutionizes our concept of how DNA actually works.  Instead of the purely static and inert biochemical structure of Watson and Crick, DNA is “…rich in movement.  It vibrates, ‘breathes’, and emits”.  The light energy that DNA emits is coherent, meaning that on the quantum / subatomic level there is cooperation and balance.  It is from these coherent light / bio-photon and electromagnetic emissions of many different frequencies, that the directions to carry out all cellular processes within an organism and communication between organisms and quantum particles are correctly and effectively performed.  In other words, it is the light / energy / electromagnetic field of each of our several trillion cells that is responsible for the action of all stem cells of the body and biochemicals – metabolic enzymes, proteins, hormones, etc. – and the function of every organ and system in the body. Act of observing nano sub-quantum particles results in the particles changing state. They change from a particle to a wave, or a wave to a particle, making frequency stronger, more complex and vibrant. Evolution comes from the Experience of change of State of Being.
An example of thinking of our Mental Self as a physical and informational frequency of our Light Body, which is an informational wave. One end in the infinitude of this Light Body is the Magnet, the same as the other end. When you find and observe the ends of the wave and identify them, the wave “collapses” clearing the energy field. That act directly effects the state of well being in the Infinite Field of Information, which is a Light Body of All There Is.

When we are in State of Well Being we are becoming strong Magnets for the Infinite Potential of Who we are.
